Chariese & Clayton’s Colorado Wedding at Arrowhead Golf Club was full of symobolism…

The number 4 was always special to them, so it made sense to have their wedding on December 4th.  They both worked at Arrowhead Golf Club in Littleton, so it also made sense that they would host their wedding at this gorgeous venue.  With a backdrop of sandstone flatirons, Clayton {officially} proposed to Chariese before the ceremony, surrounded by their best friends and family.

As a widow, Chariese wanted to wear a black dress for the ceremony, then changed to a white wedding dress before the reception to symbolize her change from widow to wife.  Her high-heeled Chuck Taylor’s were my favorite!  As a non-traditional couple, Clayton also did the opposite of most couples and wore a white tux.

The lingering snow inhibited our adventurous spirits for photos, but we still pushed the limits of the golf carts.  Just as the sun hit that perfect warm spot in the sky, we made some incredible imagery for them.
