Summer & Dathan have been to over 20 weddings together in the few years leading up to this, probably more. Today, without a cloud in the sky, it was their turn and you could just FEEL the love between them. Using the long lens on the camera, it’s our favorite to get in tight for those candid moments. You learn a lot about people when you watch them that closely, when they’re natural and don’t know their photo is being taken. Watching these two made me wish that everyone could have a taste of what Summer & Dathan have together, and sad for those that don’t. They were heart-felt, relaxed, beautiful, and enjoying every moment. The tone of the event itself was definitely happiness, admiration, and overwhelming respect and love.

This wedding was also a lot of fun! Attended by more than 200 of their best friends, families (and even a wedding crasher), they all partied the night away in one of the most spectacular settings we’ve ever had the pleasure to photograph an event at.
