Amber & Jake’s Rustic Wedding at The Barn at Raccoon Creek…

…was gorgeous! Their pink details were dainty and sweet, and we had a pretty epic sunset.

We met Amber & Jake at a Bridal Show and they won our Free Engagement give-away! They took us up on it and we shot in Downtown Denver. Amber wore these killer red heels…

They booked us for the wedding and we had to wait over a year for it to come around. Sometimes that’s the hardest part with our couples… waiting so long in-between to see each other!

It was set for a summer day at the gorgeous Barn at Raccoon Creek.

This is one of our most favorite venues to shoot at, so we were extremely excited. The wedding day was full of summer storms, so it was looking like the ceremony was going to be moved inside. It wasn’t until the absolute LAST possible minute, the skies cleared up and the sun came out, and dried everything up quickly. In fact, by the time the ceremony started, you would (almost) have never known it had been a downpour all morning!

Amber looked beautiful getting ready and in her dress – her Mom Vel couldn’t have been happier! Her Dad Bill was all smiles and on top of the world happy for his little girl. Our favorite part of the day was the first dances and the Photobus photobooth…
